The Tropical House is ideally sited overlooking the sea and stands prepared for unexpected coastal conditions. The modular wall panels fold outward, establishing a balcony on the upper storey and transforming the residence into a breezy, open-air pavilion. In monsoon weather, the panels retreat, shield-like, protecting the interior from the storm outside.
